Seattle Seahawks left tackle Russell Okung has returned to practice on a limited basis with coach Pete Carroll said Okung is one or two weeks.

Okung was a helmet and shoulder pads to practice Thursday, making the work in individual drills only a week after injuring his left ankle. It is full speed, but Carroll says Okung "is not as bad as he was," referring to a pair of ankle injuries that aside Okung pieces of last season.

Okung was injured in the first series Thursday night in the preseason opener in Seattle to San Diego. Carroll said after the victory Okung "felt something pop," as locked, but his legs were not contacted on the play in which Okung injured left ankle.

Carroll Okung not guarantee that you will be ready for the season opener Sept. 11 in San Francisco.
